Message from Smartinnovex Tanzania
SMARTINNOVEX started as an idea after observing the benefits of innovation towards development. For a long time the youth in under-developed countries had been witnessing and admiring the developments in developed countries without knowing how to advance themselves in line with their counterparts in developed countries. As time progressed many have learned that such developments do not come from any unique factors other than hard work and creativity.
Following these realizations, the drive has been adopted in both the national policies and educational systems to steer the mindset of the youth from dreaming of being employed to that of being self-employed. The tool that is best suited for self-employed is innovation, which will lead to entrepreneurs who are competitive enough to out-perform their counterparts elsewhere.
